Cut-off Time

To ensure your order is processed quickly, we have a daily cut-off time of 6:00pm (EST).

Order Processing Time

The processing time is the time from when we receive your order until the product is ready to ship. During this time, we thoroughly inspect and ensure the quality of the product before packaging it. Processing typically takes 1 – 3 business days.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping location. Once the order has been processed and is ready to ship, delivery times range from 7-15 business days (Monday to Saturday). Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs issues.

Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery status. Shipping Fees

We apply a flat shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders. This fee will be added to the total cost of the order at checkout.

We currently only offer shipping within the United States. If you are outside of this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for assistance.

Space Packages

The customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in the event that the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, order rejection, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, additional shipping costs for refund or redelivery will be paid by the customer.

If you need to change your order information or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist in making changes but cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed or shipped.
